Jay Chandok, Co-Founder

Jatinder 'Jay' Chandok has an impressive 27-year career as a business leader with expertise in a range of industries, including organizational development, operations management, client management, business development, education, consulting, training, and Information Technology. Over the past 22 years, Jay has focused on Continuing Education and Workforce and Professional Development, partnering with leading academic institutions in the United States to enhance the scope, quality, revenue, and profitability of their continuing education, workforce, and professional development units and offerings.

Jay's strength lies in identifying key industry and professional education demand areas and subject matter experts to create curricula for state-of-the-art training programs. These programs have helped tens of thousands of participants find gainful employment and achieve success in their chosen industries. Jay also has extensive experience working in the Information Technology field, having executed successful projects with Fortune 100 and equivalent companies in North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Additionally, Jay has led initiatives to certify and comply with ISO-9000 and SEI-CMM Level standards for organizations.

Jay has a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from India and a StreetWise 'MBA'™ customized for business owners developed by Interise and offered by Columbia Business School, Columbia University. He also holds numerous Information Technology industry certifications and leadership and business certificates from George Mason University.

Jay has trained thousands of participants in programming and database management at various universities. In addition to SkillServe, Jay currently heads two other organizations in the educational and financial management industries..

Amol Dani, Co-Founder

Amol Dani has over 17 years of experience in the field of higher education. His experience has straddled across various domains of education including new program development, professional and executive education, business development and strategy, academic finance, business operations, human capital management and technology, research administration, edtech and online learning, global engagement and internationalization in higher education. He has served in senior executive positions at Georgetown University, a leading global research university based out of Washington D.C and has held positions in professional and executive education. In his most recent role as the Vice President and Chief Business Officer at Georgetown University, he successfully led the development and implementation of a five-year campus financial plan and an operating budget of US$800M for the Main Campus.

Prior to this role, Amol successfully oversaw the establishment of the “state-of-the-art” International Branch Campus for Georgetown University where he served as the inaugural Chief Operating Officer and Senior Associate Dean for Executive and Professional Education. He was responsible for the establishment of sports and events management programs, graduate degrees in Leadership and Emergency and Disaster Management, and professional and executive programs in hospitality and change management.

Amol is also a Co-founder in another EdTech initiative that is working in the space of education, skills development, and employability outcomes. He has three graduate degrees in business administration, leadership, and education research, and he is also a Certified Public Accountant.
